1. Why do you choose/have you chosen to work in recruitment?

Many reasons for this, as I love being a Recruiter but ultimately it feels very natural to me. Helping companies find the right people, and candidates make a great career (and life) move is very fulfilling. 

2. What are your areas of specialty within recruitment or what is your specific industry experience? Transportation/logistics, civil engineering (mining, geotechnical, water resources, land development, bridge).

3. What is the worst job you ever had OR the worst interview experience you ever had as a candidate? Worst/best job, I used to be a face painter at an amusement park. Lots of exercise, discounted pizza, and free park entry, but I was working in the heat and cold at all hours.

4. Favourite activity outside of work?

Fitness junkie that is a foodie at heart, willing to try all cultural cuisines, travel, volunteering.

5. Favourite animal and why.

Horses are pretty high on the list, it's on my bucket list to take a trip out to Jackson Hole, WY for a horse-riding/camping trip. The wild ones are free and strong animals!

6. Favourite band/singer/genre of music.

My Spotify has a lot of R&B on it, but I listen to many genres. 

7. Cilantro: Yay or Nay?

Yay, how else would I enjoy a fresh pico de gallo?
