  • Does it cost me anything to work with MT Talent Solutions?

    Candidates are not charged any fees when MT Talent Solutions’ services, since we are compensated directly by the companies that hire us to find them suitable candidates for their teams. As a job seeker, you can benefit from our team’s expertise and network without incurring any charges! 

  • Do you take money from my salary if I get placed through MT Talent?

    No. Your compensation is agreed upon directly between you and the hiring company. We do not deduct anything from your salary.


  • Are you hiring internally at MT Talent Solutions?

    We’re a growing team and are always open to meeting strong people. If there isn’t a role posted that fits right now, you’re still welcome to share your resume. Timing changes, and we like to stay connected.

  • Do you recruit only in Canada, or also in the U.S.?

    We’re always excited about bringing on new talent to the team, as we are a growing company. We may not be hiring at the time, but please feel free to send us your resume. You never know!

  • Can you share candidate testimonials or references?

    Many of our roles tend to be located in metropolitan area as these are big hubs for corporate offices. However, we are also engaged in recruits in many states/provinces. Please feel free to send us your resume and check our job board for any openings in your area!

  • Do you offer part-time job opportunities?

    Most of the roles we work on are full-time permanent or contract positions with full-time hours. Part-time roles are uncommon, but availability depends on client needs at any given time.

  • What types of roles do you typically recruit for?

    We focus on corporate, sales, leadership, and specialized roles, including Operations, Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Executive positions. The majority of our searches are mid to senior level.

  • How long does the recruitment process usually take?

    Timelines vary by role and market conditions. That said, we aim to move efficiently and keep candidates informed at every step. If a role is a strong fit, you’ll hear from us quickly.
