Asking the right questions early, so no one’s time is wasted and expectations are aligned from day one.

What role do you secretly love filling or selling the most?

Those hard-to-fill, high-impact roles that make everyone a little nervous at first—but end up being the most rewarding once the right person lands.

What does a great candidate or client experience look like to you?

Clear communication and honesty. Everyone should walk away feeling respected, informed, and confident- whether they get the role or not.

What’s one thing people are often surprised to learn about recruitment?

How much of it is relationship-building and psychology. The best hires aren’t just about CVs - they’re about trust, timing, and understanding people.

What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?

Snuggling up with my dog on the couch and watching a good show.
