What do you specialize in recruiting, and what types of roles/industries do you love working with most?
I specialize in finding the best clients and reaching out to all different kinds of corporations. I love working with sales roles the most.
What's your “recruitment superpower”?
My recruitment superpower is being able to pick myself right back up after a bad call.
What role do you secretly love filling or selling the most?
I would love to fill skill market roles or any targeted roles, I think finding the EXACT right person is awesome.
What does a great candidate or client experience look like to you?
A great candidate experience to me is one were we can both learn and grow from each other and eventually it forms into a true partnership when filling roles.
What’s one thing people are often surprised to learn about recruitment?
I think one thing people are surprised about is how much of a process recruitment is and how many details and little steps there are to finding the right client.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
Gaming. It’s my go-to way to disconnect, have fun, and reset. Lately, I’ve been playing Arc Raiders, 7 Days to Die anything with a mix of strategy, creativity, and a few jump scares. I can also be convinced to jump on Call of Duty, Outlast Trials, Battlefield 6 or any similar games.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
My go to way to recharge outside of work is playing video games.

I prefer cats but I will pet anything really.

One thing you could talk about for hours?
I could talk about video games or specifically Halo for hours, I grew up with it, it's the game that got me into gaming, I love it!
