What do you specialize in recruiting, and what types of roles/industries do you love working with most?
Anything bilingual! I’ve spent years working in the bilingual job space and built a strong network of both clients and candidates. Bilingual Customer Service? Yes. Bilingual Administration? Yes. If “bilingual” is in the title, I’m all in and ready to fill it.
What’s your “recruitment superpower”?
Staying in touch with candidates. Over my 14 years in the industry, I’ve had the chance to place the same candidates multiple times because of the relationships I build. They always come back to me when they’re back on the market and that says everything
What role do you secretly love filling or selling the most?
I love filling entry-level roles. Helping someone land their first job or start right after school is a great feeling. Knowing you played a part in launching their career is something they don’t forget.
What does a great candidate or client experience look like to you?
It’s all about being on the same page. A great experience means working together toward the same goal finding the right opportunity that truly fits and supports long-term growth.
What’s one thing people are often surprised to learn about recruitment?
How much of it is actually relationship driven. It’s not just filling jobs it’s staying connected, understanding people, and timing things right.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
Spending time with family. It’s funny, you can be exhausted after a long day, but the second you’re with family, your energy somehow jumps back to 110%.
Coffee order of choice?
A nice espresso black. Has to be black.
Cats, dogs, or “I’ll pet anything”?
Never had a pet of my own, but when I’m around dogs… good luck seeing me for the first hour. I’ll be busy.

Let’s just say… too many curse words to put here 😅 but anything by Tupac will get the job done.

Sports . Any sport. I’m all in.
