Senior Bilingual Recruitment Specialist
Why do you choose to work in recruitment?
Having worked with Recruiters in the past myself, I always found the process to be painstaking. I wanted to bring my own perspective to recruiting, focusing on both professional and personal growth while working with candidates. The interview process can be nerve-racking, and I enjoy the process of putting candidates at ease as they make their best selves shine. Matching these candidates with amazing clients makes the whole recruitment process enjoyable.

What are your areas of specialty within recruitment?
Being from Quebec, I put a strong focus on jobs that require both the French and English languages. Assessing language skills, experience and motivation are some of the keys of getting to know our candidates. Whether it’s customer service, sales, HR, or finance, I believe my specialty is creating meaningful experiences for both the candidates and our clients.

What is the worst job you ever had OR the worst interview experience you ever had as a candidate?
My first job was riding an ice cream bike around Cornwall, Ontario and I would work about 6 to 8 hours to walk away with $10.

Favourite activity outside of work?
I love performing, whether it be improv, karaoke, comedy or on stage with a cast doing musicals.

Favourite animal and why.
Raccoons. I know most people hate them, but I used to have a mom and 2 babies that would play and hang out with me in my backyard.

Cilantro: Yay or Nay?
Cilantro ALL DAY! I put it on nachos, in soups, in wraps…give it to me!
