Understanding that everyone’s journey is different and we all bring something unique to the table.
What role do you secretly love filling or selling the most?
I love filling Bilingual Customer Service roles with new talent that elevates and enhances our clients’ business!
What does a great candidate or client experience look like to you?
I like to combine a blend of empathy, honesty, humour and patience when it comes to the candidate experience. Job searching can be tough, and while I may not have a job for everyone - I believe with open communication, follow-ups and witty quips, it makes the experience more enjoyable for everyone.

What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
I enjoy doing theatre; musicals, improv or stand-up or catch me at the beach in the summer.
