What do you specialize in recruiting, and what types of roles/industries do you love working with most?
I specialize in Sales Recruitment! I find all kinds of sales roles interesting to work on, especially in the industrial areas.
What’s your “recruitment superpower”?
My recruitment superpower is my ability to tell when someone is the right for a role, even if they don't fit 100% of the requirements. I will always push for the people I think are a good fit!
What role do you secretly love filling or selling the most?
I get excited when I fill technician roles! Not always the easiest to fill, so the sense of satisfaction in finding the perfect candidate is second to none.
What does a great candidate or client experience look like to you?
A great candidate experience to me is being available and present to answer questions and share details when I receive them. It's about ensuring they receive the care they need and timely updates.
What’s one thing people are often surprised to learn about recruitment?
I think a lot of people I talk to are suprised to learn what recruitment really entails! A lot of people assume I am looking for jobs for people, when really it's the other way around! We are looking for the right people to help our clients- that's also why we will never charge a candidate for our help!
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
Go to way to recharge is definitely a good video game. I'm a huge video game nerd, and you can usually catch me playing after work!
Coffee order of choice?
My coffee order of choice is an Almond Milk Latte. Simple but gets the job done!
Cats, dogs, or “I’ll pet anything”?
I'm a huge cat person, but I love all animals!

Go-to Hype song is anything from Ariana Grande!
One thing you could talk about for hours?
I could easily talk about my favorite video games for hours. I'm a huge fan of the Persona series, Stardew Valley, Expedition 33, really anything with a good story!
