What do you specialize in recruiting, and what types of roles/industries do you love working with most?
I love diving into all the revenue-generating roles - sales leaders, account managers, business development, and really anything that touches the sales cycle. If it drives growth, I’m interested.

What’s your “recruitment superpower”?
Patience. Working with clients and candidates really teaches you to lean into patience and trust the timing of things. Recruitment has a funny way of reminding you that not everything happens on your timeline.

What role do you secretly love filling or selling the most?
Coming back to the sales roles, these are my people. I just get them.

What does a great candidate or client experience look like to you?
Proper pacing, good communication, and clear expectations. That’s the triple threat. When both sides bring those things to the table, it creates a great experience for everyone involved.

What’s one thing people are often surprised to learn about recruitment?
How much creativity is involved and how time-consuming it can be. It’s basically like turning over every rock to find the diamonds.

What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
Cooking. I can be completely wiped out from a full day, but put me in the kitchen and suddenly I’ve got a whole new energy… as long as someone else is doing the dishes!

Coffee order of choice?
The latest trending thing, give me the gold-dusted matcha-raspberry cold foam latte-thingy. But please half the sugar.

Cats, dogs, or “I’ll pet anything”?
Please don’t make me touch a cat. Gross. Dogs are the only and best pets that belong in a house.

Go-to hype song?
Currently, the Dolly Parton and Pitbull remix of 9 to 5. A little iconic, a little chaotic, a little rebellious, perfect.

One thing you could talk about for hours?
Food, wine, and travel, preferably when all three come together.
