I've spent years honing my skills in sales and operations. What drew me in to the recruitment industry was the opportunity to help people achieve their professional goals and find genuine fulfillment in their careers.

Having worked in sales and operations, I understand the importance of having the right people in the right roles. It's not just about filling positions; it's about making meaningful connections that benefit both the individual and the organization. I bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience to the table. I thrive on the challenge of matching talented individuals with companies where they can truly excel. Building trust and lasting relationships is at the core of everything I do, whether it's with clients or candidates.

Given my previous experience, my areas of specialty include industrial manufacturing, construction, and warehouse operations. I’m strong with roles in Sales and Customer Service.

The worst job I ever had was the summer of 2011 and I remember it so well. I had the opportunity to live at my family cottage for the summer and work at the local chip truck. Little did I know that a “Chip Truck,” is a fancy name for a naturally created grease sauna. Although it was not all bad, cleaning out fryers and being stuck in the grease sauna for nine hours a day was an experience I did not mind moving on from in the summers to come.

 

My favourite activities outside of work include anything and everything that involve large bodies of water such as kayaking, powersports, portage camping & outdoor exploration.

I am also an avid golfer in my spare time. My average scorecard might contradict this previous statement, but I do my best.

My favourite animal is a dog. Although I don’t have a dog of my own yet, I have so much love for my friends’ and family members’ dogs. They are such loyal animals and melt my heart in ways I did not think was possible.

My music taste has been described as “wild” by many of my friends & family. I jump from hip hop to old school country on a regular basis.

My favourite artists include John Mayer, Luke Combs, Darius Rucker, Connor Price and Tyler Childers

Nay – Take me for who I am, but cilantro is the first thing I am picking off my food.
