What do you specialize in recruiting, and what types of roles/industries do you love working with most?
I recruit across a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on senior-level and executive positions. That said, I still love working with early-career talent and helping them navigate the start of their careers. For me, great recruiting comes down to understanding both the hard and soft skills that drive success, regardless of the role.
What’s your “recruitment superpower”?
Building trust through honest, transparent conversations. Strong partnerships start with clarity, and I make sure both clients and candidates always know where they stand.
What role do you secretly love filling the most?
It’s less about the role and more about the energy. When a candidate is genuinely excited about an opportunity, it’s incredibly rewarding to help them land it. If I had to choose, though, senior leadership roles.
What does a great candidate or client experience look like to you?
Simple: honesty, transparency, and trust. When those are in place, everything else follows.
What’s one thing people are often surprised to learn about recruitment?
It’s essentially sales. You’re building relationships, having value-driven conversations, managing a process, and ultimately closing. Recruitment just happens to change people’s lives along the way.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
Gaming. It’s my go-to way to disconnect, have fun, and reset. Lately, I’ve been playing Arc Raiders, 7 Days to Die anything with a mix of strategy, creativity, and a few jump scares. I can also be convinced to jump on Call of Duty, Outlast Trials, Battlefield 6 or any similar games.
Coffee order of choice?
Hot chai latte with non-fat milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon. At home, it’s a Nespresso every morning.
Cats, dogs, or “I’ll pet anything”?
“I’ll pet anything”! No question. But my Roxy girl is #1.
Go-to hype song?
The intro to Money for Nothing by Dire Straits. Loud.
One thing you could talk about for hours?
Arizona. The people, the energy, the weather. It’s my happy place.
