$45,000 - 50,000 + quarterly/annual bonus + potential commissions

As an Account Manager, you’ll be part of an energetic operations team supporting customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing carriers to cover shipments, track shipment status, and help manage client relationships
- Providing pricing and quoting transportation services to customers
- Delivering exceptional customer service and communication
- Solving problems in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation
- Tenacity and a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a customer-facing position
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred but not mandatory
