What Will You Do?

* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
* Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
* Assist with data entry, filing, record management, and document organization
* Support various administrative projects and office initiatives
* Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
* Provide general administrative support team members as required

What Do You Bring?

* Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service or office support role
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional and friendly customer service approach
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in an in-person office environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to support a team wherever needed
