- Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise applications, including incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Monitor application performance, system health, and availability to ensure reliable business operations
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues while escalating complex problems when appropriate
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement corrective actions to improve system stability
- Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and production releases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to improve system functionality and overall user experience
- Participate in or lead assigned project work packages related to enterprise applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
- Ensure service requests and incidents are managed in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Participate in an on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support when required
- Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and business partners to continuously improve application performance and reliability
- Perform other related duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or working in an IT application support environment
- Experience troubleshooting business-critical enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows between enterprise applications
- Experience working with IT service management and ticketing systems
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities with the confidence to work directly with business users
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting application deployments, upgrades, and production releases is considered an asset
- Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation and occasional travel for implementation activities
