MT Talent Solutions is partnering with an established Medical devices organization to recruit a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, resolving account issues, and building positive customer relationships. You will support accounts receivable and collections activities while working closely with internal teams to keep customer accounts accurate and payments on track.

- Maintain accurate customer accounts and accounts receivable records.
- Process and apply payments, including credit card transactions.
- Review balances, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve payment or billing issues.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments professionally.
- Coordinate payment arrangements when appropriate.
- Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and supporting billing documentation.
- Prioritize collection activities and maintain clear records of customer communications.
- Respond to customer questions about invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Collaborate with accounting, sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve account issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related accounting support role.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
- A professional, customer-focused approach to payment conversations.
- The ability to investigate discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and accounting systems.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
