- Manage and maintain contract documentation, including tracking and version control
- Support drafting, reviewing, and formatting of agreements
- Process amendments, renewals, and updates to existing contracts
- Track key dates and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support contract workflows
- Maintain trackers, logs, and reporting tools
- Prepare summaries and updates related to contract activity
- Support process improvements and administrative initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience supporting contract or legal documentation is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with contract management systems or similar tools is an asset
- Relevant education or certification is an asset
