Position is fully on-site, Monday to Friday

Hours are from 7am - 3:30pm OR 7:30am - 4pm

What Will You Do?
  • Support B2B customers by responding to inquiries and order status updates.
  • Contact customers directly to resolve discrepancies or clarify order issues.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to manage customer data and updates.
    Assist with rush orders and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Communicate with French-speaking customers and translate details for internal teams as needed.
What Do You Bring?
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-first attitude with a passion for customer service
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
