- Contact customers directly to resolve discrepancies or clarify order issues.
- Use Salesforce and other tools to manage customer data and updates.
Assist with rush orders and provide prompt resolutions. - Communicate with French-speaking customers and translate details for internal teams as needed.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-first attitude with a passion for customer service
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
