In this role, you’ll be the vital connection between customers, sales, and production—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You won’t be tied down to call-centre scripts; instead, you’ll manage details, clarify orders, and ensure customers receive top-tier service. Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Be the go-to liaison for customers—mainly through email with some phone outreach for clarifications
  • Ensure orders are processed seamlessly and accurately by coordinating between customers, sales, and production
  • Create and manage product quotations with precision and speed
  • Monitor inventory, track orders, and provide timely updates to keep customers informed
  • Solve challenges quickly by working with internal teams and always putting the customer first
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education strongly preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 1 or more years of customer service experience (manufacturing, distribution, or medical device industries a strong asset)
