Overview:
This role focuses on bolstering the company's sales initiatives, functioning as a customer intermediary and forming the central support structure within the organization. Its goal is to establish a standard of excellence through outstanding service and active support across departments, consistently striving to enhance efficiency.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Address inquiries through phone or email
- Manage resolution of disputes
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee order completion
- Process orders
- Generate quotations for products
- Acts as an intermediary between the company and the sales team
- Monitor orders and notify about unavailable stock
- High school diploma required (post-secondary education is preferred)
- Great communication skills in English and French
- Strong team player and communicator
- Customer centric
- 1+ year of call center/customer service experience
