- Coordinate with delivery drivers for loading/unloading logistics
- Support Account Managers with documentation and customer inquiries
- Participate in trade shows and training sessions
- Contribute to ERP/CRM process improvements and reporting
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (food industry experience preferred)
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
