- Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email in both French and English
- Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring accurate and timely order processing
- Communicate order status, backorders, and shipment details with customers
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain customer records and order information in internal systems
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues in a professional manner
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and order entry systems (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
