Bilingual (French/English) Order Management Representative
Aurora, Ontario (Hybrid – 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote)
Salary Range: $52,000 – $55,000 + Full Health Benefits

4. What Will You Do?
  • Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email in both French and English
  • Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring accurate and timely order processing
  • Communicate order status, backorders, and shipment details with customers
  • Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain customer records and order information in internal systems
  • Assist with resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues in a professional manner
5. What Do You Bring?
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office and order entry systems (ERP knowledge is a plus)
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
