- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Support and enhance the company's digital eCommerce initiatives
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights
- Track KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and conversion performance
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Assist with website content, promotions, and digital marketing projects
- Identify opportunities to improve digital customer experience and online sales performance
- Develop reports and recommendations to support business growth objectives
- 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience supporting digital eCommerce platforms and initiatives
- Background working with companies that have multiple product lines, brands, or business divisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- English fluency required; French language skills are considered a strong asset
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for digital marketing
