What Will You Do?
• Partner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Build strong relationships across multiple business locations and support operational teams
• Coach leaders on best practices related to employee performance, engagement, and development
• Support recruitment efforts, onboarding programs, and talent acquisition strategies
• Assist managers with succession planning, talent development, and career progression initiatives
• Support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
• Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, organizational growth, and integration activities

What Do You Bring?
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Business Partner, Generalist, or related HR leadership capacity
• Bilingual communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal)
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong experience supporting managers through employee relations, performance management, and workforce challenges
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within Canada
