- Recruitment & Staffing Support: Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Provide coordination and administrative support for student placements, internships, or temporary roles.
- Policy & Compliance: Support adherence to employment laws, assist in drafting policies, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Health & Safety Programs: Help develop and implement initiatives to promote a safe work environment, conduct audits, provide training, and support incident reporting.
- Assist with managing third-party partnerships, ensuring contracts align with company standards, and monitoring vendor performance to address any issues that arise.
- Perform additional duties as assigned while aligning with the company's core values of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and related areas.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software
