- Respond to requests primarily via email with occasional phone support
- Accurately identify parts using catalogues based on service diagnostics
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues related to inventory, backorders, and logistics
- Document support tickets and maintain records of dealer communications
- Bilingual in French and English
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts
- Ideally some prior corporate or customer service experience, but mechanical aptitude is most critical
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
