- Regular weekday hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Respond to customer concerns submitted through the support platform
- Log issues and service-related interactions in the internal tracking system in accordance with established internal guidelines
- Coordinate with clients to arrange the return of temporary replacement units
- Assist clients in resolving equipment malfunctions remotely by applying problem-solving strategies and using available technical documentation
- Provide guidance over the phone regarding system enhancements and data connectivity issues
- Perform additional duties as needed, based on team priorities and workflow demands
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor in electrical, electronic, biomedical engineering or biomedical technology from a college or university preferred, or years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
