Bilingual Sales Development Representative
Location: Cambridge, ON (in-office)
Salary Range:
$60,000–$65,000 base
Year 1 Commission: $10,000–$15,000
Year 2 Commission: $20,000–$30,000

- Manage and grow a small portfolio of accounts (after 6–9 months of training)
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Prospect for new business via cold calls, emails, and social media
- Support client satisfaction through follow-ups, issue resolution, and referrals
- Understand the product offering to educate clients and identify opportunities
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Driven, coachable, and eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills
- A proactive “hunter” mentality and commitment to relationship-based selling
