Bilingual (FR/EN) Technical Service Representative

Location: Newmarket, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000

What Will You Do? 
  • Responding to technical inquiries from service technicians, field techs, and customers
  • Troubleshooting product issues and guiding users through resolutions
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve product or service-related concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of service calls and support cases
  • Delivering excellent bilingual (English/French) communication in all customer interactions
What Do You Bring?
  • Full bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand appliance systems and components
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or field service coordination
  • Industry experience in appliances, restaurant equipment, beverage equipment, medical/dental devices, or related mechanical fields
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
