- Troubleshooting product issues and guiding users through resolutions
- Coordinating with internal departments to resolve product or service-related concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls and support cases
- Delivering excellent bilingual (English/French) communication in all customer interactions
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand appliance systems and components
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or field service coordination
- Industry experience in appliances, restaurant equipment, beverage equipment, medical/dental devices, or related mechanical fields
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
