About the Role  Our client, a prominent name in the hospitality sector, is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to oversee and expand brand initiatives across multiple franchise locations. You will be responsible for ensuring brand alignment with the company’s vision, driving strategic growth, and collaborating with franchise partners to maintain a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Management:  Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility and ensure uniformity across all franchise locations.
  • Franchise Collaboration:  Serve as the primary liaison for franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards while fostering strong partnerships.
  • Project Leadership:  Oversee cross-functional initiatives, including marketing campaigns and brand updates, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Training & Support:  Guide franchisees on brand initiatives, marketing strategies, and promotional activities to drive success.
  • Market Analysis:  Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand expansion and innovation.
  • Effective Communication:  Develop clear, compelling messaging to align internal teams and franchise partners with brand objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Brand Management Experience:  Proven track record in brand management within the restaurant and franchise space.
  • LTO Experience: Demonstrated success in developing and executing Limited-Time Offers (LTOs) that drive urgency, boost customer engagement, and increase sales. Skilled in aligning cross-functional teams to bring compelling promotions to market quickly and effectively.
  • Project Management Expertise:  Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication:  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and alignment across teams.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking:  Ability to analyze data, assess trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Creative & Innovative Mindset:  A fresh and strategic approach to branding, with the ability to implement innovative ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
