What You Will Do:
  • Business Development:  Focus on creating and managing a strong pipeline of potential customers, identifying, researching, prospecting, and converting new business.
  • Cold Calling & Networking:  Proactively reach out to new customers, industries, and opportunities to expand the business.
  • Build Lasting Relationships:  Once you secure customers, work to build long-term, meaningful partnerships by delivering solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Collaboration:  Partner closely with a talented Solutions Team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business growth.
  • Ongoing Commissions:  Continue to earn commissions for every customer you help onboard, creating limitless earning potential.
What You Bring:
  • Sales Experience:  A strong background in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed both quantitative and qualitative targets. Experience within 3PL/transportation is an asset.
  • Self-Motivation:  A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a role focused on cold calling and prospecting.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills:  The ability to engage effectively with customers, actively listen to their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Team Player:  A collaborative attitude, focused on ensuring success for both customers and the broader business.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset:  An enthusiastic approach to finding creative solutions to customer challenges and exploring new opportunities.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency:  Experience with sales software such as Salesforce is a plus, but any experience with CRM tools is valuable.
