LOCATION:  Laredo, TX, USA
SALARY RANGE:  $75,000-100,000 base salary + commissions

4. What Will You Do?
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions
  • Identify and qualify sales prospects for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Conduct effective online demos for prospective clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments during the onboarding of secured business
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales
5. What Do You Bring?
  • Proven business development experience in the transportation industry (specifically TL sales)
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively
  • Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
