- A proven track record of generating leads and hitting sales targets, with a strong hunter mentality
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in the industrial manufacturing or warehouse sector is an asset
