Location: Remote (Greater Toronto Area)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 Base + Commission

What Will You Do?
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the Ontario market
  • Conduct strategic outreach through research, email campaigns, calls, and networking activities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and digital transformation goals
  • Collaborate internally with consulting and delivery teams to help shape potential service engagements
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Support brand visibility by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
  • Help identify opportunities to grow and expand existing client relationships
What Do You Bring?
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales within digital services, consulting, or technology environments
  • Experience engaging with organizations on topics such as digital strategy, software platforms, mobile/web products, or emerging technologies
  • Strong ability to build trust-based relationships and uncover new business opportunities
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline and prospecting targets
  • Experience using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or similar) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and prioritize target markets and prospects
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities while maintaining strong quality and personalization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to attend local client meetings and industry events
  • Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset
