- Install, service, and maintain commercial locking systems, door hardware, and access control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems including keypads, card readers, and electric strikes
- Perform re-keying, master keying, and manage key control systems
- Conduct site visits and recommend security upgrades or improvements
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate service documentation and follow all safety protocols
- 3+ years of commercial locksmith experience (mechanical + access control)
- Strong understanding of door hardware, keying systems, and low-voltage systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset
- Certifications or licenses are an asset
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
