- Maintain store standards, organization, and operational efficiency

- Strong retail management experience
- Experience working with suppliers/vendors and managing inventory
- Proven ability to lead and develop a small team (3–4 employees)
- Hands-on leadership style-comfortable being active on the floor (selling, stocking, merchandising)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including some evenings (up to 7 PM) and weekends
