MT Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a global market leader in their sector.  With over 8000 employees and 100 years in business, they are looking to expand their Bilingual Customer Service team.  If you are a strong communicator, passionate about providing white-glove customer service, and have exceptional written and oral French language skills, this role is for you!
  
Here’s what you’ll do:
  

  • Managing customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a courteous manner reflecting the company’s values.
  • Supporting customers with modifying orders.
  • Educating customers on product availability, new product features and innovations.
  • Creating and updating accounts accurately.
  • Working with customers to create and modify orders, arrange deliveries and pickup.
  • Work with the team proactively to achieve company targets and objects.
  • Ability to effectively and collaboratively with all departments, as well as any external partners.
  
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
  

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain or similar is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with a professional, clear and positive mannerism.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office. SAP, CRM and/or ERP experience is an asset.
  • Experience in a B2B customer service role, specifically building materials or furnishings is an asset.
  • A passion for providing excellent service, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude with an ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines and quality of service standards are met.
