- Providing customers with clear, complete information and proactive solutions
- Logging interactions and keeping customer account records up to date
- Collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth operations
- Reaching out to customers for follow-ups, satisfaction checks, and product/service updates
- Sharing insights with leadership regarding recurring issues or opportunities for improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A solution-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
- Comfort working with CRM systems and order-processing tools
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
