What Will You Do?
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information
  • Accurately document interactions and update internal systems
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care
  • Support administrative and service functions as needed
