What Will You Do?
  • Manage customer orders from intake through completion
  • Enter and process orders accurately via phone, email, and web platforms
  • Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide product guidance and solutions
  • Support customers with order status updates, product information, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Handle a high volume of orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to manage orders and communications
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction
What Do You Bring?
  • Previous customer service or order management experience (distribution, logistics, or product-based environment preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with multiple systems and software platforms
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
