- Manage customer orders from intake through completion
- Enter and process orders accurately via phone, email, and web platforms
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide product guidance and solutions
- Support customers with order status updates, product information, and issue resolution
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Handle a high volume of orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to manage orders and communications
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction
- Previous customer service or order management experience (distribution, logistics, or product-based environment preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with multiple systems and software platforms
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
