Customer Service Supervisor (Hybrid)

Location:  GTA

Salary Range:  $70,000-$80,000 (based on experience)

What Will You Do?
  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of service and efficiency
  • Oversee order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues with a solutions-focused approach
  • Develop and implement best practices to enhance customer service operations
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to drive performance and professional development
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on team metrics
What Do You Bring?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and order management
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Background in the manufacturing and distribution industry, preferably flooring or related sectors
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in order management systems and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
