What Will You Do?

As the Director of Business Development, you will:
  • Set strategic direction and lead the business development and sales team in alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear performance goals and mentorship
  • Identify new market opportunities, oversee pipeline development, and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine and execute targeted outreach and branding strategies
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and data tracking in Salesforce
  • Represent the company at industry events to build partnerships and promote brand visibility
  • Provide detailed opportunity oversight from early engagement to close, including proposal development and pricing
  • Manage departmental budgeting and participate in broader organizational planning
  • Champion a culture of recognition, inclusion, continuous improvement, and accountability
