- Oversee day-to-day operations of warehousing and distribution across multiple sites in the GTA
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3+ direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and success
- Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure operational consistency and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and enhance processes to support efficiency, safety, and profitability
- Work directly with senior leadership to align operational goals with the broader business strategy
- Address operational challenges with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Lead special projects and change initiatives as needed
- 2–5 years of proven experience in a Director of Operations role within a mid-sized company
- Background in warehousing, logistics, and distribution
- Strong leadership experience with at least 3 direct reports
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, action-oriented approach
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Passionate about operations and committed to long-term business growth
- Valid G-class driver's license and access to a vehicle (travel across the GTA is required)
