SALARY RANGE:  $130,000-150,000 + discretionary bonus

What Will You Do?
  • Oversee daily fleet, warehouse, and 3PL operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Lead and support dispatch, drivers, and logistics teams.
  • Execute operational strategies aligned with business and customer needs.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
  • Optimize fleet scheduling while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Manage carrier and vendor relationships to support service performance.
  • Leverage TMS/WMS systems to improve operations and reporting.
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational profitability.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
What Do You Bring?
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or 3PL operations with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of transportation operations, regulations, and customer markets across North America.
  • Strategic and adaptable leader with a focus on operational performance and growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems including TMS/WMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S. as needed.
