- Oversee daily fleet, warehouse, and 3PL operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Lead and support dispatch, drivers, and logistics teams.
- Execute operational strategies aligned with business and customer needs.
- Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
- Optimize fleet scheduling while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Manage carrier and vendor relationships to support service performance.
- Leverage TMS/WMS systems to improve operations and reporting.
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational profitability.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
- 6+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or 3PL operations with P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of transportation operations, regulations, and customer markets across North America.
- Strategic and adaptable leader with a focus on operational performance and growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems including TMS/WMS platforms.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S. as needed.
