- Leadership role overseeing sales, operations, and customer service teams with strong growth opportunities
- Lead and develop a 10+ person team
- Split your focus between sales leadership (50%) and operations leadership (50%).
- Own responsibility for P&L performance, forecasting, and financial discipline.
- Act as a servant leader, putting the team first, coaching high performers, and nurturing growth across all functions.
- Spend ~80% of your time onsite, with the remainder on the road visiting customers alongside your sales reps.
- Build strong relationships with the top 10% of customer accounts and ensure account strategies are executed successfully.
- Drive efficiency across warehouse, logistics, and customer service operations.
- Champion continuous improvement and align strategies with business objectives.
- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong operations leadership background, ideally with exposure to warehouse, logistics, and customer service functions.
- P&L management experience with strong financial acumen.
- Experience managing and developing teams of 5+ people across multiple functions.
- A servant leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire.
- Strong skills in strategic account management, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Comfort in a hands-on environment, working alongside your team and customers to drive results.
