- Act as a project engineer for water and wastewater projects across Ontario, overseeing investigations, operational troubleshooting, analysis, process engineering design, technology assessment, and preparation of technical memoranda and reports
- Contribute as a process engineer to mechanical and/or hydraulic design during water and wastewater infrastructure construction
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to provide input on budget preparation and support business development by liaising with clients to enhance reputation and foster relationships with municipal clients
- Engage in relevant professional societies within the industry
- Work alongside multidisciplinary team members to gather, consolidate, and coordinate technical information for projects and proposals
- Provide supervision, mentoring, guidance, and technical support to engineering and technical staff
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or relevant field)
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a strong focus on the Ontario markets water treatment facilities/plants
- Demonstrated ability to lead and finalize technical, process, and design tasks for water projects
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Experience with business development activities, such as creating proposals and managing resources for municipal clients
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, project management software, and industry-specific tools
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work and pivot to meet project deadlines
