- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across multiple locations
- Manage light renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and execution
- Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure facilities remain safe and operational
- Coordinate external contractors, trades, and service providers to complete work efficiently and within budget
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met
- Respond to facility-related issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Support preventative maintenance initiatives and facility improvement programs
- Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize facility needs and project requirements
- Travel regularly to facilities within your assigned region and periodically outside the province as required
- Previous experience in facilities management, property management, building maintenance, or a related field
- Experience coordinating light renovations, repairs, and maintenance projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to various sites
- Willingness and ability to travel out of province as required
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, and service providers is considered an asset
