Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the sales team, distributors, and installers/applicators across various construction sites
- Deliver internal and external training on product usage and application techniques
- Assess system installations on job sites and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Provide on-site support for equipment used in the application of products
- Diagnose and resolve technical application issues and offer solutions to customers and contractors
- Support and investigate warranty claims as required
- Communicate technical feedback and collaborate with sales and technical teams on product enhancements
- Complete, document, and archive inspection reports for projects in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
- Conduct scheduled site visits as per technical department requirements to ensure quality control
- Provide onboarding, orientation, and training to new and existing applicators
- Participate in cross-departmental collaboration and contribute to a positive team environment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on job sites (contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- College or university degree in business, construction management, or engineering (preferred)
- Technical certifications in construction, engineering, or waterproofing are an asset
- 2+ years of experience in waterproofing, construction, or a similar field-based role
- Previous experience with a waterproofing, roofing, or air barrier manufacturer is highly advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital tools for reporting
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Manufacturer-specific or relevant industry certifications (e.g., Facade Waterproofing Technician) are a strong asset
