Our client is looking for someone with proven field service experience, ideally servicing beverage, food, or commercial equipment, who takes pride in quality workmanship and building strong customer relationships. - Travel throughout the Hamilton region to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently in the field
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional and responsive service
- Complete service documentation, reports, and work orders accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory responsibly
- Coordinate with internal service and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar hands-on technical role
- Ideal experience servicing beverage equipment, food equipment, or similar commercial equipment
- Strong troubleshooting experience with mechanical and electrical systems
- Customer-facing service experience with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and prioritize workload effectively
- Must be based in the Hamilton region
- Must have a place to park a company utility van
