- Competitive salary : $85,000–$105,000 base + annual bonus

- Lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians locally and oversee subcontractors across Western Canada
- Ensure seamless and high-quality service operations, technical support, and issue resolution
- Act as the primary liaison between the service team, dealers, distributors, and customers
- Coordinate training for third-party providers and manage service center performance
- Collaborate with internal departments to support events, showroom installs, and technical escalations
- Analyze and resolve claim rejections, update service records, and maintain accurate documentation
- Diploma or degree in HVAC, appliance repair, or related technical field
- Certification in employee or training management (required)
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and technical service environments
- Proven leadership and coaching experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
