4. What Will You Do?
  • Lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians locally and oversee subcontractors across Western Canada
  • Ensure seamless and high-quality service operations, technical support, and issue resolution
  • Act as the primary liaison between the service team, dealers, distributors, and customers
  • Coordinate training for third-party providers and manage service center performance
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support events, showroom installs, and technical escalations
  • Analyze and resolve claim rejections, update service records, and maintain accurate documentation
5. What Do You Bring?
  • Diploma or degree in HVAC, appliance repair, or related technical field
  • Certification in employee or training management (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and technical service environments
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
