INDUSTRY: Civil Construction SALARY RANGE: $60,000-72,000
Permanent, Full Time, In-Office with occasional travel in the Golden Horseshoe / GTA to customer sites (must have driver's license and vehicle for this role)

What Will You Do?
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
- Support the coordination of safety training, orientations, and audits
- Conduct regular inspections and assist in incident investigations
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation in compliance with legislative requirements
- Collaborate with supervisors and employees to promote a proactive safety culture
- Assist with WSIB claims, modified work programs, and return-to-work processes
What Do You Bring?
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- 2-5 years of health and safety experience in a construction or technical industry
- Knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation (OHSA and related regulations)
- COR experience/knowledge is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for workplace safety
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, ERP experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
