- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
- Experience working with multiple HR systems and integrations
- Advanced Excel and/or BI tool proficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with automation or digital tools is an asset
