Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience) base + bonus

- Manage and grow an existing book of business within the HVAC space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and end users
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
- Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
- Travel within Canada and occasionally to the US to support customers and business growth
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management (HVAC or related industry preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage accounts while also hunting for new business
- Comfortable presenting to customers and representing a brand externally
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, go-getter mindset
- Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada and the US
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an asset
